Haha-yep spot on post. Some of those bands are amazing (esp Duran Duran, Sabbath, ADF, Dexys). Birmingham is a very underrated place in general, there are some great pubs, restaurants and Birmingham Hotels. more…

Liked your rant on bands you hate, not sure if Rolling Stones would meet with total approval though. Good call on Empires and Dance. Have no longer got a copy, but some good memories of it.
